Quotations provided through our platform are valid for the period specified in the quote. All trade deals are subject to final contract verification and factory availability.

3. Shipping & Logistics

GlobalBridge Trade acts as a facilitator for international shipping. Specific terms (Incoterms) will be defined on a per-transaction basis (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP).

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are negotiated per order. Standard practice includes milestone payments for manufacturing and final balance before shipment verification.

5. Limitation of Liability

GlobalBridge Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from trade delays or supplier quality issues beyond our audited control.
