Trade Policies & FAQ

Everything you need to know about partnering with GlobalBridge Trade, from order placement to final delivery.

Shipping & Logistics

What Incoterms do you primarily support?

We support a wide range of Incoterms including FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP. This allows buyers to choose between handling their own freight or having us manage end-to-end delivery.

Which countries are included in your export network?

We supply products globally, with established trade routes to North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

What is the typical shipping lead time?

Lead times vary by product. Agricultural commodities usually ship within 14-21 days of payment verification, while custom industrial machinery may have a lead time of 30-60 days.

Payments & Orders

What are your standard payment terms?

For secure international trade, we primarily accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with a 30% deposit and 70% balance against BL.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs are specific to each product. For bulk grains, it's typically 1x20ft container. For machinery, we accept orders as small as a single unit.

Quality & Assurance

How do you ensure product quality?

Our India-based sourcing hub performs multi-point inspections on every batch. We also facilitate third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, Intertek) upon buyer request.

Can I request product samples before a bulk order?

Yes, we encourage sampling. While samples are often free, buyers are usually responsible for express courier charges.
